EMS Revolution Training/Fitness

Professional treatment planning begins with an individual skin assessment, a discussion of suitability and clear expectations.

Supervised EMS Fitness

Active training supported by controlled muscle stimulation.

EMS Revolution Training/Fitness uses electrical muscle stimulation alongside active, supervised movement. Electrodes deliver controlled impulses to selected muscle groups while exercises are guided and settings are adjusted individually.

This is a structured fitness service rather than a passive slimming treatment, medical rehabilitation programme or instant body-sculpting solution. Screening, close supervision, gradual progression and adequate recovery between sessions are essential.

Method

EMS with active movement

Delivery

Closely supervised

Progression

Gradual and individual

Training, Not Passive Treatment

The electrical impulse complements voluntary exercise.

You actively perform guided movements during the session. EMS does not replace balanced nutrition, everyday movement or conventional exercise, and no specific weight-loss, cellulite or body-transformation result can be guaranteed.

Your Training Journey

Begin conservatively. Progress with purpose.

New users require careful familiarisation because overly intense first sessions can cause substantial muscle damage. Settings should never be copied from another participant.

01

Screening and goals

Health history, exercise experience, current symptoms, medicines, implants and realistic fitness goals are reviewed before participation.

02

Equipment and instruction

The EMS equipment is fitted appropriately, movement technique is explained and each stimulation area is introduced at a tolerable level.

03

Supervised active session

You complete guided exercises while the trainer remains close, monitors technique and continuously adjusts intensity from your feedback.

04

Recovery and progression

Your response is reviewed and sufficient recovery allowed before the next session. Progression remains gradual, particularly during the initial weeks.

Screening & Safety

Electrical stimulation requires more than an ordinary gym questionnaire.

Whole-body EMS can place substantial metabolic and muscular demand on the body. Contraindications, trainer supervision, conservative familiarisation and adequate recovery are central to safer participation.

  1. 01

    Medical and device screening

Disclose pregnancy, pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, heart rhythm or circulation conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy or neurological disease, recent surgery, hernia, bleeding disorder, cancer care, diabetes, kidney concerns, acute illness and all medicines.

  2. 02

    Prepare and communicate

Arrive appropriately rested and follow the provider’s nutrition and fluid guidance. Do not train under the influence of alcohol or drugs, during acute illness, or when significant muscle soreness has not recovered.

  3. 03

    Know the warning signs

Ordinary post-exercise soreness can occur. Severe or increasing muscle pain, marked swelling, profound weakness, reduced urine or dark cola-coloured urine may indicate serious muscle breakdown and require urgent medical assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to know before EMS Fitness.

Individual screening and close trainer supervision take priority over a standardised programme.

What is EMS fitness?

It is supervised active exercise performed while controlled electrical impulses stimulate selected muscle groups through fitted electrodes.

Is EMS a passive weight-loss treatment?

No. You actively exercise during the session. EMS should not be marketed as effortless weight loss or a substitute for nutrition and regular activity.

Does electrical stimulation hurt?

You should feel strong but tolerable muscle stimulation, not sharp pain. Intensity is adjusted by area and must be reduced immediately when uncomfortable.

Why must beginners start gently?

High initial intensity can overload unfamiliar muscles and has been associated with severe muscle damage. Familiarisation and recovery periods are essential.

Can I train with a pacemaker?

Implanted electrical devices are a major contraindication in non-medical EMS settings because of possible interference. Disclose every implanted device during screening.

Which packages are available?

The official Price List names Lite Body Package, Dual Body Package and Tri Body Package. Current inclusions and pricing are maintained there.
