Diabetes, circulation or sensation changes, recent injury and the condition of the nails and skin can affect whether a pedicure or foot massage is appropriate.

Tell us before treatment
Disclose diabetes, neuropathy, reduced sensation, poor circulation, medicines affecting bleeding, recent foot surgery or injury, pain, swelling and any current podiatry or medical care.

Existing product
Tell the clinic whether gel, acrylic or another product needs removal so the correct service time can be reserved. Do not pick or peel product from the nail.

After your pedicure
Follow the therapist’s footwear, finish and home-care guidance. Protect any repair or gel finish and seek advice if pain, redness or irritation develops unexpectedly.

Which pedicure should I book?
Choose a mini or classic pedicure for grooming, add polish or gel for colour, or ask about the Medi-Pedi pathway for focused foot care. The clinic can guide you when booking.
What should I book if I already have gel or acrylic?
Tell the clinic exactly what is on the toenails. A separate buff-off or soak-off may be required so enough time can be allowed.
Can a pedicure treat a fungal nail?
A cosmetic pedicure does not diagnose or treat infection. Suspected fungal or bacterial infection requires appropriate assessment before salon treatment proceeds.
May I book with diabetes?
Diabetes must be disclosed, particularly when circulation, sensation, wound healing or foot health is affected. Medical or podiatry guidance may be requested before treatment.
Is foot massage included?
A dedicated 30-minute Foot Massage is listed separately. Ask what is included in your chosen pedicure when booking.
