1. Deposits
MC Aesthetics reserves the right to request a 50% deposit for selected treatments, treatment packages, specialised orders and certain retail products. A deposit secures appointment time and, where relevant, stock allocation.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 business hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking when sufficient notice is given. Failure to provide the required notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full payment before future appointments are accepted. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation while the full treatment fee may still apply.
3. Fair application
Each case may be considered fairly, including exceptional circumstances and the ability to refill the appointment. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
4. Treatments
Treatments already performed are non-refundable. Outcomes vary and no specific aesthetic result is guaranteed. Where a client believes a service was defective or unsafe, please contact us promptly so the matter can be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
5. Retail products
MC Aesthetics has no online sales. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase if unopened, unused and in their original condition. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective or another remedy is required by the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Packages and specialised orders
Package, promotional and specially ordered items may be subject to additional written conditions disclosed before purchase. Used portions of packages are not refundable except where required by law.
