Please contact MC Aesthetics as soon as possible with your name, contact details, appointment or purchase details, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Urgent medical symptoms should be reported immediately to the treating practitioner or an appropriate emergency service.

3. Our process
We will acknowledge the complaint, obtain relevant information and records, investigate fairly, and aim to provide a clear response within a reasonable period. Complex clinical matters may require input from the treating practitioner or insurer.
4. Independent practitioners
Complaints about professional advice or treatment supplied by an independent practitioner will be referred to that practitioner, who is responsible for the clinical service. MC Aesthetics may assist administratively where appropriate.
5. Escalation
If the complaint is not resolved, you may have the right to approach an applicable professional council, the National Consumer Commission, the Information Regulator, an ombud or a competent court, depending on the nature of the matter.
6. Privacy and non-retaliation
Complaints are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Raising a genuine complaint will not affect your right to respectful service.
