Gift voucher conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, or for any longer period expressly agreed by MC Aesthetics, in accordance with section 63 of the Consumer Protection Act.
- They are redeemable only at MC Aesthetics and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No cash refunds or cash change will be given.
- The voucher number must be presented when booking and redemption remains subject to availability.
- The standard cancellation policy applies. A forfeiture may be deducted from the voucher balance where applicable.
- Lost or stolen vouchers are the responsibility of the holder.
- Any unused balance remains on the voucher until its expiry date.
- Management may refuse any altered, duplicated or fraudulent voucher.
Independent practitioners
MC Aesthetics gift vouchers are redeemable only for treatments and retail products supplied directly by MC Aesthetics. They may not be redeemed for consultations, treatments, injectable procedures, medical procedures or other services performed by independent practitioners operating from MC Aesthetics, including visiting Medical Aesthetic Practitioners, doctors or other independent healthcare professionals.
These terms operate subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable South African consumer law.
