View treatment details →Environ Medical Needling is an advanced collagen induction therapy designed to improve skin texture, fine lines, pigmentation, acne scarring and overall skin health through controlled microchannels that enhance the delivery of professional active ingredients.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To prepare your skin:
Follow your prescribed Environ Vitamin STEP-UP programme as advised by your therapist.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks.
Stop Retinol, Retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before treatment.
Avoid waxing, threading and laser hair removal for 5–7 days.
Stay hydrated.
Inform your therapist if you have:
Cold sores
Active acne
Pregnancy
Skin infections
Recent cosmetic procedures
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
Your skin may feel warm and appear pink or red for 24–72 hours.
For the first 48 hours, avoid:
Makeup
Heavy exercise
Swimming
Steam rooms
Saunas
Hot showers
Alcohol
Direct sun exposure
HOMECARE
For the next 7 days:
Continue using only your prescribed Environ homecare products.
Apply Environ sunscreen daily.
Keep the skin hydrated.
Avoid exfoliation.
Do not pick or peel the skin.
Avoid active ingredients unless prescribed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Normal healing responses include:
Mild redness
Tightness
Dryness
Flaking
Slight sensitivity
Visible skin improvement develops gradually as collagen production increases over the following weeks.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PLAN
Medical Needling: Every 4–6 weeks
A course of 6 treatments is generally recommended for optimal collagen stimulation.
Thereafter, maintenance treatments every 3–6 months, combined with your Environ homecare programme.
