Lasting results require a combination of professional treatments, prescribed homecare, and diligent daily sun protection.
YOUR MELINE® TREATMENT PLAN
Month 1 – Initial Professional MELINE® Peel
Your first appointment includes a professional MELINE® depigmenting peel performed by your therapist.

Month 2 – Second Professional MELINE® Peel (Approximately 4 Weeks Later)
Your second professional peel will be performed approximately 4 weeks after your first treatment.

Add to your evening routine:
MELINE® Cleanser
MELINE® Night Serum every second evening
MELINE® Restore
MELINE® Moist
Your therapist will advise when to increase the frequency of the Night Serum if appropriate.
Month 3 – Third Professional MELINE® Peel
Approximately 4 weeks after your second peel, your third professional MELINE® treatment will be performed.
Continue using your prescribed MELINE® homecare programme as instructed by your therapist.
Your therapist may gradually increase the use of the MELINE® Day Serum and Night Serum depending on your skin's tolerance and progress.
ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS
To further enhance your results, you may have additional professional treatments between MELINE® peels if recommended by your therapist.
These may include:
LED Light Therapy
Hydrating or Barrier Repair Facials
Enzyme Therapy
Skin Needling (when appropriate)
Other customised skin rejuvenation treatments
Your therapist will advise which treatments are suitable during your pigmentation programme.
BEFORE EACH MELINE® PEEL
For 3 days before every peel (or longer if recommended by your therapist):
Stop using all active skincare products, including:
Retinol or Retinoids (Vitamin A)
Glycolic Acid
Lactic Acid
Salicylic Acid
Exfoliating scrubs
Home chemical peels
Strong Vitamin C serums (if advised)
Any products that may cause skin irritation
Continue using your prescribed gentle MELINE® products unless instructed otherwise.
Wear SPF 50 daily.
Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning.
AFTER EACH PEEL
It is normal to experience:
Mild redness
Tightness
Dryness
Flaking or peeling
Mild sensitivity
Do not pick or peel the skin.
Allow peeling to occur naturally.
FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS
DO:
Follow your therapist's instructions regarding cleansing.
Use only your prescribed MELINE® homecare products.
Keep your skin hydrated.
AVOID:
Makeup (unless approved)
Exercise causing excessive sweating
Swimming
Saunas
Steam rooms
Hot showers
Touching or rubbing the treated area
FOR 5–7 DAYS AFTER EACH PEEL
Avoid:
Retinol
Vitamin A products
Glycolic, Lactic or Salicylic Acids
Facial scrubs
Waxing or hair removal in the treated area
Additional exfoliating treatments
SUN PROTECTION
Sun protection is the most important step in preventing pigmentation from returning.
Apply MELINE® SPF+ every morning.
Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
Wear a hat and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

Severe swelling
Blistering
Increasing pain
Yellow discharge
Fever
Persistent redness beyond the expected healing period
Any signs of infection or an unexpected reaction
