Red Light Therapy Recovery
Please follow the personalised instructions from your practitioner, as they take priority over this general guidance.
View treatment details →Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, support collagen production, relieve muscle soreness, and improve overall skin and tissue health.
Following these instructions will help you achieve the best possible results.
