General terms
Each promotion or competition may have additional specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, offers are available for the stated period, while availability lasts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another promotion.
Eligibility and redemption
Participants must meet any age, residency, treatment-suitability or other eligibility requirements stated for the offer. Treatment promotions remain subject to consultation, informed consent and practitioner approval.
Changes and errors
MC Aesthetics may correct genuine errors, prevent fraud, or amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law. Existing valid rights will be treated fairly.
Competitions
Competition closing dates, entry methods, prize details, selection process and winner notification will be stated in the relevant promotion. Winners may be required to verify eligibility. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
Privacy
Personal information collected for a promotion will be used to administer it and for marketing only where the participant has lawfully agreed.
